Marika Johansson is a certified celebrity trainer and nutrition expert from Sweden who has worked in the US, UK, Australia and Scandinavia as an athletic instructor and a transformation specialist and certifier/teacher to personal trainers for Physique Elite, a global network of elite fitness trainers. She has been a part of the fitness industry for over 20 years as an athlete and professional bodybuilder within the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness. Her combination of functionality, agility and resistance training, along with composing healthy but tasty recipes to help clients succeed in their goals without succumbing to unhealthy cravings, is the key that has enabled them to change their fixed goals into limitless ones. After her relocation to Mumbai, India, Marika has been working with Bollywood stars, including the Roshan family.
