Mumbai-based columnist, critic and author Bharathi S Pradhan combines her insider knowledge with racy writing skills to bring authenticity, readability and credibility to her works.

Anything But Khamosh, her authorised biography of actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha was an overnight best-seller, her debut novel Valentine Lover went into several reprints and her inspirational books Heartfelt – A Real Life Story and Colas, Cars & Communal Harmony have fetched her rave reviews. She has also penned Mr Bidi, the biography of a bidi king.

Bharathi has edited several magazines including Movie, Savvy (as Consulting Editor), Star & Style, Lehren and Showtime besides writing for a variety of publications like Femina, Reader’s Digest and Mid-day. She has served on the jury of many prestigious awards committees, ideated for Balaji Telefilms and been Chairperson of the National Awards for Best Writing On Cinema.
