New Delhi, May 19, 2011: Om Book International brings Bollywood and South Indian cinema’s heartthrob, R. Madhavan to the upcoming India-Bhutan literary Festival, ‘Mountain Echoes’ from May 21-23, 2011 in the picturesque Thimpu, Bhutan. Conceptualised by Pavan K. Varma, India’s ambassador to Bhutan, ‘Mountain Echoes’ in its second edition aims to provide a platform for authors from across the world to hold a cultural dialogue and celebrate tales of a shared landscape in the Himalayan region. The festival’s chief patron is Her Majesty, the Queen Mother Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck.

Om Books International is the Co-associate Sponsor of the cinema session “Screenplay to Screen” that will witness     R. Madhavan in conversation with producer and director Rohan Sippy and author Shobhaa De.

R. Madhavan has been a part of several big banner Bollywood films like Rang De Basanti, 3 idiots and Tanu Weds Manu, to name a few.
